ABOUT WHITESEA:

Whitesea Shipping was established in 1981 in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, by Mr A.S. Alali.  Whitesea has owned and operated various vessels, including cargo ships, bulk carriers, multi-purpose and offshore vessels.  With well over 25 years of shipping experience, the last 15 years has seen the company concentrate its activities in the off-shore segment of the industry.  

Trading predominantly in the Middle East, WSS has one of the largest independently-owned fleets of IACS classed offshore support vessels in the region. This fleet serves  long established and valued customers such as SHELL, TOTAL, NIOC, PEDCO, MAERSK, ARAMCO, IOOC, POGC, HYUNDAI, PETROBRAS, HALLIBURTON, and McDERMOTT

WSS’ position in the offshore sector is consolidated with the recent delivery of new highly specified ‘S Class’ DP1 AHTS vessels.  These vessels delivered in 2009 boast a high quality build, a strong consideration of crew comfort and are equipped with the most technically advanced systems for propulsion, navigation and positioning, cargo and deck equipment.

WSS management team are comprised of multinational, highly qualified and experienced shipping executives, Master Mariners, Marine Engineers and Naval Architects.

The strong asset base and experienced management team will ensure WSS  continues to meet  its customers’ needs both in the Middle East and elsewhere in the world, wherever a safe and professional service is required.
